Join us on Sunday, October 26th at 10:00 AM for a heartfelt morning of connection, remembrance, and community at Jeff’s Place Annual Memory Walk & Move. We’ll kick off with a gentle walk—less than two miles—beginning at Jeff’s Place. After the walk, enjoy a fun-filled morning with snacks, arts & crafts, a bouncy house, and activities for all ages.  

Last year, we raised over $29,000 because of your incredible generosity! Thanks to you, we can keep providing our families with the support and hope they need on their journey through grief.

We know that everyone’s financial situation is different, and we want to make sure everyone can join in. For individuals and/or families, we suggest a registration fee between $30 and $75, so you can choose an amount that works best for you. 

Your registration includes an event t-shirt if you register prior to October 10, 2025. T-shirts may not be guaranteed to late registrants.

Fundraise

Start a personal fundraising campaign for Jeff’s Place and help provide grieving families with a supportive community full of hope and healing.

  1. Sign Up: Visit Donately to create your own fundraising page or start a team. You can personalize it with photos, share your story, post links, and track your progress. Invite friends, family, and coworkers to join your team or support your walk by making a donation. 
  2. Share Your Story: Tell your friends and family why this is important to you. Personal stories and photos make a huge impact! 
  3. Set a Goal: Decide how much you’d like to raise and set that as your fundraising goal.
